Check power steering for fluid levels and leaks Check/top up engine oil and coolant level. Check transmission and differential for fluid levels and leaks. Check driveline and universal joints. Check all lights and reflectors. Check horn, instruments, gauges, wipers and washers. Check battery terminals and security. Inspect brake lining wear/travel and adjust if required. Check brake system for leaks (service and maxi) Drain condensation from air tanks. Check steering joints and linkages. Inspect for any obvious faults in suspension, structure or bodywork. Visual check of airbag suspension where fitted. Inspect wheel nuts and wheels for security, tyres for tread and inflation. Check number plates, all labels for due date condition and security. Check for visible exhaust emissions and lack of engine power. Fault #/'s Rectified (If Applicable) A Service Checklist (Trailer) (Approx 6 monthly/annually) Trailer Service Checklist Grease all lubrication points.- Inspect brake lining wear/travel and adjust if required. Check all lights and reflectors. Check condition of air lines and electrical cable. Inspect wheel nuts and wheels for security, tyres for tread and inflation. Change oil in oil filled wheel bearings and check other wheel bearings. Inspect for any obvious faults in suspension, structure or bodywork. Visual check of airbag suspension where fitted. Check number plate, and all labels due date, condition and security. Re-torque all "U" bolts and cross members. Fault #/'s Rectified (If Applicable) B Service Checklist B Service Checklist Truck (Approx 20,000km) All components of "A" Service. Change engine oil and filters. Change fuel filters and bleed and check for leaks. Test coolant and change water filters if required. Check battery electrolyte level, terminals and security. Check clutch linkage, clutch brake operation and adjustment. Check front steering hub oil level. Check wear/movement in pitman arm, drag arm, tie rods and spring shackles. Replace or clean air cleaner as required. Check trailer breakaway and maxi system. Fault #/'s Rectified (If Applicable) C Service Checklist C Service Checklist Truck (Approx 200,000km or annually) All components of "A" and "B" Services. Change power steering oil and filter. Change transmission oil and filter (300,000klm for Synthetic Oil). Change differential oil and filter Change oil in oil filled wheel bearings and check other wheel bearings. Check clutch linkage, clutch brake operation and adjustment. Change PTO Hydraulic filters. Service air dryers where applicable. Re-torque all "U" bolts and cross members.
